Front oil cooler pipes

Guten Tag, has anyone fitted a front oil cooler on a six conversion with only flex pipes throughout?? Braided SS flex hose.
If so which route did you take ? And was there enough flex in the pipes without flattening the pipes ??
This includes fitting a thermostat. Also where did you stick that ? Without being rude
Quite hard to find a brass pipe bending company in Germany! Especially mit meine perfekt deutsche Sprache.

I'm in the process of going though the thought stage of this at the moment. I do plan on using mostly braided hose but will use black nylon braided hose in areas that are visible purely for aesthetic reasons as I think the SS looks too modern. I'll also be using black AN fittings.

I've read much about the placement of the thermostat and looked at the pros and cons of putting it in various locations. For my build I'm fairly sure now that I'll be putting it in the same place as this photo.

This is the oil cooler I'll be using, it's a Setrab ProLine SLM - 420mm 10 row. The inlet and outlet are on opposite sides and I'm thinking about running the hoses along each side, under the fuel tank and up to the top of the wheel arches and then through the inner arch. From there down to the rockers and along. That's the plan right now but it may change. I don't want the hose coming in to the cabin as I want a very clean install.

Flexibles via thermostat on rear bulkhead same as pic above.
Rigid stainless tube (it acts as a cooler in itself) up r/h sill to rear of front arch. Car had been fitted with a/c from new, so the holes were there: if not, they could be duplicated.
Flexibles around front arch to cooler inlet. Routing via the cabin seemed less than ideal.
NB flexibles are hidden behind fender liner: if no liner, would be exposed to spray from front wheel.
Previous a/c installation also made modification of boot floor easier.
Seems to work, though how effective (ie temp drop) I've never measured.
