For those who've not seen my resto thread, here's why .......the NSF inner wing had a small amount of rust around the seriously modified bumper mount

It turned out that the panel underneath had been modified, with a number of patches just widely lapped over the original metal. Due to the shape, the replacement bumper bracket would not fit. So, shortly later, it looked like this ..

Anyway, I added a plate to take the bumper bracket (sorry about the camera shake)

I've patched in below this panel, trying to ensure that muck will not sit and rust, but am interested in any photographs showing how the panel should be above what I've done so far.
Then, there is another patch, just lap jointed with around an inch of overlap around the hole through which the petrol pipe goes.

By what I assume is the original fuel pipe hole (visible within the 'replacement' hole, the overlap is almost 2 inches and a great muck trap. I intend to cut and replace this lapped panel, so does anyone have a good shot of what this area is supposed to look like please.
