Good Morning Folks,
After a long search I finally took the plunge, a Porsche that hopefully fits my budget.
Today I'm going to collect a 912E, to add to our VW collection.

Here's the photo of when she lived in LA.

OK so the paint is a bit scruffy but we have plans to keep in very OG condition, buff the paint and fill in the scratches to keep the 70's look and not necessarily a shiny new car look.

We live in Northampton not far away from Stanford Hall so I hope to be meeting you there; if all goes well with the pick up and drive up the M1 today I will register and get my membership sorted.

Cheers

Welcome to the fold.

Looks like a good buy

Have a look at the 912 section regarding Stamford hall. If your car is on the road or you can get it there on a trailer drop Neil Bardsley a pm and get yourself a pass to get into the display.

It would be great to see you there.

Cheers guys.
I'm not the former owner of the Alfa Bug unfortunately!!

Lovely drive back in the sun with sunroof open at 60-70 mph, she wanted to go faster but I wanted to get home in an unknown car.

Most enjoyable- a few sqeakes but nothing untoward for a 40 year old motor that's done less than 1000 miles in the last 5.

See you at SH, it's just up the road from here.
