Clear Headlight Lenses

Post by Kenyon »

I wondered if anybody knows if clear headlight lenses you see on the Singers and the Paul Stephens Retro Touring are road legal in the UK. I'm not in the market! Just interested as they look great but haven't seen it as a modification in the UK. Assume it relates to focus of the headlight beam.

Clear Headlight Lenses

Those cars have projector lenses in the headlight assembly's so a clear 'cover' lense is ideal

Edit : just looked at the link which shows a traditional style headlight assembly in the PS car rather than the singer projector ... If the beam pattern complies with mot reg'd then they are ok .. Although passing an mot doesn't always mean legal
