Spacers for solex 40 Pii 4

Hello
I am having the carbs looked at and feel I should replace the spacers that go from carb to manifold . The current ones are metal stuck on with some sore of silicone . As these are there to insulate the carbs I would like to put on some that don't heat up or maybe a decent gasket either side will suffice, a bit concerned about bolt length if I add gaskets!!

Any ideas what company I get these from
