Looks the part - I'm no expert but all looks to be original. Interested to see what the price is? Nice to see it still running on Solex carbs after so many were ditched for Webers at the time.

Really a 1966 model year (paint code 6604 and later dash) even if built in calendar year 1965. No VIN mentioned, but now marked as sold.
Porsche historian & researcher, contact me for Kardex through 1969 model year.

No chassis number quoted, no delivery date quoted but the paint code is 6604 which would suggest its another 66 being represented as a 65MY.

Yes Mike. I wish the VIN's were revealed in Europe as the generally are in America; it would make organizing the data so much easier.

I too saw that 'SOLD' sign and cursed that I'd missed out on such a beautiful car.

Then when I realised the 'SOLD' sign was a separate link to previously sold cars.... I cursed that I didn't have enough money in my account anyway.

Damn the price of early 911s these days.

It's a VERY nice car for a 66 MY built in 65.

VIN is 302180

Price is £300,000
