914 Meeting -Donnington Racing Circuit - Sat 8th October

Post by Robster »

Hi all,

the 914 register of PCGB has an informal meeting at the Museum at Donnington Racing Circuit on Saturday 8th October. Estimated time of arrival is approx midday ish.

The museum will be open, and there is a cafe there as well. It is just an excuse to get the cars out for a drive, and meet up with old (and new) friends so no formalities. Admission to the museum is £10.00 (I think).

Any 914 owner or prospective owner is welcome (Don't be 'put off' by PCGB, most of the active 914 owners on the ddk are active PCGB members, and we are probably the most down to earth and friendly bunch in the club).

We are intending to meet outside the museum, with a convoy from the North and south respectively.- I'll keep you posted on this

I hope to see you there!

Best regards
Robster

Hi all,

thanks for showing interest, it will be great to see you there. I think we have about 14 cars at the mo. Don't worry if you don't have a 914, turn up anyway!

Best regards

Do 914s come with variable valve timing technology?

Maybe do some burnouts wit me fat bass pumpin'

What do you think?

Could always catch the bus, unless someone wants to lend me an appropriate vehicle?

Come along in the 912 Nige

My 914 has variable valve timing - the distributor keeps edging round, the points close up, and the tappet gaps increase/decrease on their own.
