You know that those seats always hit the roof when tipped forward? Did we have this conversation already?
Not sure where that info came from Jonny, but I've got miles of room when tipping the seat forward!

Weird, they hit the roof in the Strada (original fitment) and also in my Morris 1000 hot rod which has the most headroom of all time.

So a trial fit of the fuel filler before it gets sent for powdercoating.

I built in some adjustment on the support struts as clearance is tight.

Filler looks great. A bit of clear paint protection tape around the snug bits perhaps in case of vibration?

P.s. Your seats work because the headrests are shorter and the mounts are low. Good job!

The angle of the picture isn't the best, in reality there is a good 3-4mm gap all around so it shouldn't touch when closed. When the cap is open it touches at one end though so might have to look at that.

Good choice - guess they're primed ready for neon pink paint?

Was going to colour match them in Chartreuse actually! Perhaps a pink pinstripe around the rim would look good though...

I'd have a few images of them rendered in different colours

I agree on trying different colours

You keep surprising me on this build Jon - really nice to see different ideas going into it and all of them pretty damn cool
