Managed to get the day off of work. So room booked. See you there !

Chaps ,

Head count now at 14 . I've spoke to the hotel to see if we can have the separate dining room . Also they're keen for us to pick our meals if we all want to eat at the same time . No need to pick until a few days before . We also need to decide a time , suggest 8 pm ? .
From Oulton it should take about a hour and half to get to the hotel if we avoid Chester and Wrexham by a more scenic route so probably best to be on the road by 3 to miss most of the traffic .
