My '74 911 2.7 CIS engine has a Bosch 0221 121 006 fitted. I think it is original as the wiring loom has the twin pole connector that fits to the coil (incorporating the A and B terminals) and looks original.
Can anyone tell me if these coils ( or a suitable alternative in the same form factor with same connections ) are still readily available?
I am wondering whether I restore as is or whether I change to the 0221 121 001 style coil and modify the wiring loom accordingly to give me a better choice of replacement coil in future.
Can anyone tell me what a good used 0221 121 001 or 0221 121 006 should cost?
As always thanks in advance
Andrew
