Slam Panel - Help Please

I always thought the slam was at 90 degrees to the datum.
Question is how high is it from that datum.
I would check the inner wings first as with those out the wings are way out, the slam is the last of your worries to resolve?

The other thing I'd say is fit it all together with 4mm self tappers before you get the welder out. They actually hold it all really firmly and you can move stuff about until you get it right.

Once you've done that then take your time spot welding - a few times I've jumped in at this stage and laid a few beads - thereby moving everything again
