Even more impressive in the flesh than in the photos. However, I'm not sure whether the average DDKer would be more envious of his car or his workshop, which was fantastic (I can recognise a good workshop despite not knowing which was round to hold a spanner!!!)

Spencer, you're too kind but thanks and a pleasure to help you out......your cars given me a boost of inspiration. You know where I am incase you need help, advice or just want to borrow tools.

It looks great and this is probably personal taste but I think it would look even better with silver centre caps or none at all ? Cheers

Thanks for the feedback....the wheels are still to be done so will have a look at Silver Caps...I think the current ones have been hand painted at some time in their life so maybe able to strip them.

Few hours starting to fire things up.....although all the circuits were tested during the build today was the first time connecting a battery..

So far the "smoke" seems to be staying in the cables.

A while since I've been here, too many distractions allowing only minor tasks to be completed....hopefully now only a few batteries away from starting.....motor has been cranked for pressure earlier in year, fuel systems complete and smokes staying in the wiring looms...could the end be in sight?

Choice of heading to The Catle or catching a few hours in the garage today....chose the later and finally got the car running....10 mins to bleed the MFI, then cranked and fired into life...big milestone and inspired to push on now...

Not sure if this link works but here goes....Piggy Lives...

I was wondering about this car the other day.
Looks like Geoff has not logged on since 2016...
Anyone know if he raced / used the car, and where it is today?
