Re: Congrats 914KEV
Many Thanks.
Not an easy one to win! There were 16 cars in the ’10 Year Plus’ class including another 914, I probably only won by a point or two!
It all helps to keep the 'mid-engine Porsche 914' in the public eye and hopefully a few more people would like to own and drive one too!
In recent years the PCGB concours has been sponsored by a few companies and the class winners receive more than just a trophy!
I also received a bottle of Champaign, some Swissvax products including some wax that smells wonderful!
The winner of the ‘10 year Minus’ class won a new set of Pirelli tyres, ‘Front Engine’ class won a Porsche travel case and the ‘Ten Year Plus’ class an Airchamber to keep the Porsche in.
Darren there might be a photo of me with the 914 in a future Porsche Post when they publish an article of the Althorp House Show.
Just so happened when they took photos of the trophies being presented to the winners my 914 was in the background!
Many thanks to all who were there for the support, I think I got the loudest cheer out of all the winners!

Over in the 914 parking area there were seven 914s parked up.
All different colours and the line-up looked stunning!
In my opinion the Best Looking Line-up in the show!
