New to the forum hoping for advice.

Post by murray »

Hi, I am new to the forum having just bought a 912E from the US . Seems a clean car with a dead engine so soon hoping to strip things down a bit . Any advice as to the size of the boot & bonnet gas struts would be appreciated along with suggested suppliers.?
Looks like I will be spending some time on here absorbing all the good advice & articles.
Murray.

Also welcome to DDK. Here are linked to a few websites that supply Porsche parts. Best shop around 8)

http://www.karmannkonnection.com/

Also try your local OPC (Official Porsche Centre) as they can be just as good as the independents. The Glasgow one is both good for knowledge and price. The main guy there owns a lovely Irish Green 912 and is on DDK.

Where about are you based and what about some pics
