My car passed it's first MOT yesterday without any problems - hopefully should be UK-registered by the end of next week ...

Trundled along possibly the worst road in the country .... The M1 .... 3/4 hour s worth of 50mph average speed cameras followed by variable speed limit cameras .... Forgot to mention the speed camera van trundling down the A1 , if only I'd had some James Bond style wheel spinners to take out his tyres

Drove it for 120 miles, drove it up a ramp, took some pics, had a pork belly pub lunch with my best chum, slipped in behind another 356 on the A12 (got all excited and giggly like a small child!) and then fed the leather interior and cleaned the windows! And no rain.

Re: What did you do in/on/for your Porsche today?
First event in the RS Rep, Craigantlet hillclimb, it was a tad wet, lots of understeer and the front brakes were all too prone to lock up

Here's an onboard, sorry for the dodgy mount, it was just a cheap suction one stuck to the back window
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q0hKKIBDRdQ
However it was still good enough for a class win

Re: What did you do in/on/for your Porsche today?
Got up early and splashed through torrential rain to Goodwood for the breakfast meet. At one point I was doing around 35mph in a line of McLaren, Aston V8, Boxster and 2 Lotus Exiges; holding us all up was a Viper coupe on gigantic rubber that was aquaplaning everywhere.
Narrowly missed getting a tug when a yoof in a hopped up Golf decided to take me on along the spur to the circuit, only to find the silver Audi estate in our wake sprouted blue lights. He got the talking-to.
Came back via the Hindhead tunnel, which was mainly taken in 3rd gear at 6,000rpm
