Like it generally better than the Wevo I had in the 2.7, although it's not quite right betweeen 3rd and 4th, and occasionally 5th into 4th, probably needs a bit of a tweak......................
Is that easy?

Graham, I too was there and would have like to meet you since we have corresponded quite a bit, I'm in the passenger seat of Jaffa taking a break from driving my 993 RSR. Next time !

Maybe we should use stickers showing our DDK / PH names ?

I didn't know so many DDK'rs were there, only saw the familiar cars in the main car park area.

The Rennshift needs VERY precise adjustment.

I too had the miss-shifts and clipping reverse, got so bad I drove home using 1st/3rd/5th.

I set the box into 3rd, and released the clamp ring on the UJ coupling.
Put the shifter to 3rd without the throw adjusters in place and clamped it up (tight)
I found the tightening of the ring moved the relative position on my car so had to allow for that movement.
Took 6 goes to get it right, adjust. drive, adjust/drive etc.
In each gear the 915 has quite a bit of play in the movement of the input shaft and mine is so now that in any gear you have that play, critical as the box MUST have the freedome to detent into each gear.

It is now bang-on.
Every gear inc reverse can be selected without any issue. no need to 'feel' the shift into 3rd from second etc. Remember this box has been through a mega build by The Sage so all the issues were with the fine adjustments.

I removed the stop screws provided with the shift kit.

Well worth persevering with the fine tuning.
