Back home in time for a lovely roast lamb lunch, cooked by my girlfriend, and then unloading from the low-loader with some help from her brother and dad...

Like building the Pyramids, it involved ropes, levers and lots of time. Approximately 30 years later, it was safely in the garage.

Wow looking really great Jamie.

Now comes the fun of getting it painted - although seems a shame to hide Barrys work!
Maybe just a clear lacquer for that crafted from metal look.

All the best

Perfect day, I'd say. Proper lunch and a beautiful shell, home safely.
Congratulations and good luck with the rest of the story.
Cheers, Richard.

Hi Jamie - car is looking great. Mine's off down to Barry in a couple of months and I like the idea of the lowloader you used. Exactly how difficult was it to get your car on and off? Like yours mine is currently on a dolly.

Thanks.
Kieron.
