You will be able to lift the car up by the arches when fixed they are that strong.
Easy to fit. Mark the arch, cut leaving 1 in overlap. Fix arch with screws, panel beat steel to touch. remove arch apply adhesive and refix with screws until set 24 hours.
Remove screws, fill holes and blend lip into bodywork. Paint rear fenders.
