Loving that.

Those throttle bodies really clean up the engine bay

I'll have to keep an eye out for it round the local roads :)

Hi Chaps,

Thanks for all your kind words, hopefully I'll get to meet some of you at a future meet or outing. :)

James, re-routing the air-con pipework was the most challenging part (normally diagonally across the top of the engine) so new connections, pipwork and fittings needed to be made. Pirtek tried to charge us £2000.00 for the pleaseure but Nick managed to get them down to £700.00. Still not cheap but a reasonable result :blackeye:

Kind regards,
Paul

Thanks.... I was really lucky to get my hands on him, previous owner had him from new (bit of a story there...)

The road trip Northbound became a mini epic in a constant Force 8 gale, especially round the Outer Banks, and across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge......

Good fun though, as always :colors:

Here is my Blue T from '71.
Actually it's one month younger than me :) I brought it in 2012 when my daughter complained about that she couldn't come along when I was riding my Triton cafe racer, then sold it and brought this instead.

Image

In 2013 the first summer we had it we spent a week driving around on the beautiful island Bornholm.

Image

In July 2014 we went to Le Mans Classic.

By the way my daughter never complains anymore.
