Bought a new set of tyres
Checked dwell angle and timing
Added some oil

Went to the beach with the roof off
tried to scrub the tyres a bit

I wondered why both of mine are at garages (ones with spanners, not mine) and received a bill for £2.5k. At least that includes new tyres for the GT3 so I can do it all again.....soon.....

Wish I'd have done the same. England have never lost their opening two games in a World Cup.......

Until tonight. Not good, not good at all

Watched one old Gas Monkey episode (brill), old Qi (brill) and the last 10 mins of the football.

Looked like England was on a training day of pass the ball to me.

Looked at the 911 in the garage and told it to pass the MoT tomorrow. :cyclopsani:

Passed the MoT this afternoon.
Watched a modern 3 Series BMW go through the same routine, and his brakes were as good as mine!
Handbrake was 2 x stronger too (!)

Drove home through the lanes on open pipes with a touch of zeel, what a bark this car has, but soon to be muted with a new stock silencer for lazy weekends and SPA in Sept.

Was planning to do some clm prep work today however it's not the best of mornings!

Awoken just before 5 by the noise of something downstairs so went downstairs

Then realised we had an intruder riffling through the house

He got away with 2 iPads and a tablet

To cut a long story short he's now behind bars after being put through a brick wall and pepper sprayed

Not nice, all feel a bit shook up but safe

Got forensics and CID coming next next so sitting in for the day!

Sincere sympathy to you & yours, Bootsy. Its not pleasant being burgled (was done 3 times in London) but it must be much worse to confront the intruder in the act. Then there's all the aggro of sorting things out with police & insurance company. Its sometimes very difficult to know what has been taken & you don't realise until some weeks later when you go to look for something specific & find its not there any more.
Hope the family gets over it quickly.

Thanks John

The one good thing is the iPads and Tablet have been recovered when the scroats were arrested and we think that's all they took from our house. We should get them back in a few days
