That's stunning, loving every bit of that.

Are they Karmann Konnection seats or did you source them somewhere else?

I visited a Classic Car Show here in the Netherlands. I didn't register, but I just went on haphazzard. I was allowed onto the showground and I even got a nice parking spot in the middle of the showground.

All registered cars had a sign with a (registration)number on it provided by the organisation of the event/show, but mine -obviously- hadn't.

All cars on the showground were inspected, examined and scrutinized by a jury and show visitors were asked to vote for their favourite car...

Because my car had no registration number they put number 67 on the voting and examination form, because that number is all over my car of course...

At the end of the show -when everybody was preparing to go home- the jury announced the winners in the different categories and I won first prize in the category 'best in show European Classic'...

I even got a nice goblet with an inscription!

My gear lever knob (is that how it is called? :? ) was made of a stainless steel door knob

Rod from Emory Motorsports has sent me one of his (limited edition) Outlaw gear lever knobs. Those are billet aluminium and are of superb quality and I decided to replace my stainless steel door knob by this nice Outlaw gear lever knob...

Today it felt like spring outside! A perfect day to do some work on the car! 8)

I've changed the wheels and now I have 145R15 Firestone tyres on the front en 165R15 Firestones on the back. The front wheels/tyres are now appr. 1" lower than the rear which means the car tilts forward just a little bit. It looks great, I think...

And then I put on the bigger mesh head light grills...

There's a huge difference (not only in size) between both kind of grills:

And they fit!

On the dash I've put a nice little emblem that says it all:
