Hello from germany

Hi,

my name is Tobi and I am from Wolfsburg/Germany.
I am into aircooled VWs since years and some days ago took the chance to buy a 1975 targa that was last registered in 1984 from a good friend of mine. Despite the short time on the roads it has already been welded on several spots. Most of the old repairs will be redone by me.
Unfortunately the car is missing some parts and the stock 150bhp 2.7 litre engine but the deal contained a 930/10 longblock that I plan to rebuild and maybe modify a little bit.
At the moment I am trying to absorb as much informations about old 911s as possible and that's how I found this forum which seems to be full of valuable informations.
