I think that's a great point. My one criticism is you don't get a chance to record yourself spinning around, found it hard to get any footage through the windscreen as my iPhone kept focussing on the wipers. Good day out though.

Surely you didn't spin, did you?MattFu wrote:I think that's a great point. My one criticism is you don't get a chance to record yourself spinning around, found it hard to get any footage through the windscreen as my iPhone kept focussing on the wipers. Good day out though.

It seems that the Tonbridge OPC restoration did indeed win the " Best Restoration" prize. Well done! All they need to do is address the ride height and get the Fuchs done properly.

When I spoke to one of the guys that did a lot of work on the car about the ride height, he told me that it was exactly the height it would have been when new. Who am I to argue.Nick Moss wrote:All they need to do is address the ride height and get the Fuchs done properly.

Re: Classic YouDrive @ Silverstone
I'm afraid I only took a few photos of the day and they were mostly pretty rubbish, was having too much fun…..Mr Ferryman was in attendance so hopefully he'll come along and add a bit of glamour to this thread soon?
Didn't pay too attention to the Porsche dealer vehicles although they all looked nice and shiny….

SC backdate with a 964 engine looked interesting…

….nice paint on this 993….

….and the judging panel looked serious…

….say cheese

That's shocking. I'd have been ashamed to show it - wouldn't have taken long to drop it to a sensible heightLightweight_911 wrote:The 'offroader' in the foreground:sladey wrote:Which ones the tonbridge car?
