Depending on when we arrive I was thinking Friday .
I've wanted to do this before but never made the time . I'm thinking if we get there mid/ late afternoon it shouldn't take long to do . Then perhaps go to the circuit and catch the last hour of qualifying before heading to the hotel . Failing that maybe first thing on Saturday or Sunday morning .

There's also a museum in an old abbey that shows a lot of the history of the track . Again , depending on time and if anyone fancies it maybe we could call in .

A drive round the old track sounds good to me, we've probably been on some of it before without realising haven't we?

Should have time to call into the museum too and learn more about the track and what we are looking at.

I think it's all going on in Spa that weekend .

As I don't speak much foreign can anyone translate ?
From what I can gather I think there's a road rally on in the area and also a mini music festival of tribute bands

Just booked the tunnel, depart 08.50, arrives 10.25, so if it's about a 3 1/2 hours drive, will get to hotel around 2.30... So a drive around the track circuit sounds good... :) , back on the 15.20 tunnel on Monday

Looking forward to it

Nice one Rich!

6 in 2 rooms? Good luck Belgium

Not long now. Going to try and leave early Friday morning so can meet up for the old circuit driving plan in the afternoon. Slowly getting Eddie up to speed on old racing cars...some success but he is currently more interested in the Belgium Beers.

not good :( If they are flat bedding them then little you can do security wise

but, can't let them stop you enjoying life, otherwise we'd never go anywhere .

As we are getting near the time, & I can't see anyone else joining us I'll move this to members area :)
