Incoming....

A nice little Rolex GMT from 1971.

The thing I like about matte dial GMT's is you can completely change the look in a matter of minutes because of the different options that were available to it.

That means you can just about create the watch to your perfect look or you can change it to look totally different fairly regularly without having to buy 3 or 4 different watches.

I've taken some photo's to demonstrate. The watch would be 'correct' in all these guises as they are all original GMT 1675 parts.

You can have a new pepsi bezel, a faded pepsi bezel (not shown) or an all black one. You can have it on a jubilee bracelet or or a folded link bracelet or even a solid later version. The watch looks different in all variants.

I surprised myself on what I actually preferred - my favourite look on the wrist was by far the jubilee with black insert....but then I change my mind like the wind so don't hold me to that by tomorrow

Thomas, if you hadn't seen already there are a number of Heuers (part of a collection?) in the forthcoming FoS Bonhams auction next month. Also, a watch section in July's Motorsport.

DDK only price. Nice Heuer Diver - great size at 42mm. This is the largest Heuer cased diver made.

Slight wear to Bezel which is usual but nicely aged!

Case in lovely condition. Great every day vintage watch to wear and not worry about.

£320 delivered to Uk address to DDK member

Can supply more photos if you want them.

Can supply on leather strap, retro rubber or on a Nato.

It's a CS3111, re-edition of the 1964 Carrera. Produced late 90's early 00's. Manual wind, valjoux movement. Quite small, which suits my slim, limp wrists.
