Ok. Update.

I need to send Drew a consolidated spread sheet. He will email you the pdf templates that you can check that they will correctly fit your car.

He will not accept an order if you have not confirmed the template is correct.

Can everyone in the list above PM me their email address and which group their mats should be delivered - North or South.

Once all agreed with templates we can start ordering. About 3-4 weeks once ordered.

**UPDATE** I have now rec'd all emails and have forwarded a consolidated s/sheet to Drew. Below is mail from Drew @ Cocomats with steps what happens next (Step 1 is done) - PLEASE READ!

'So just a brief re-cap on what's next:

1) You will send me an excel list of all members of the group buy.

a) this list will be separated in 2 --- NORTH Shipment and SOUTH Shipment

b) the list will also contain the members name, e-mail address, mats desired ( 2 Piece or 4 Piece Set ) , and color desired as well.

2) Once I have received the list, I will e-mail PDF Images of the patterns for the vehicle to be approved prior to production. The pattern will be "to scale" so you can go to any print/copy shop, print it off and confirm fitment in your particular vehicle.

3) Once each member has approved the pattern, I will ask that each go online and place their order directly through our website using a credit card. The reason for this is we have a secure site so the information being transmitted will be safe. The direct link is http://www.CocoMats.com/order.htm

a) Each member can enter in their billing and shipping address as the same. The next step will identify where the mats will be shipped.

4) Once the order information has been entered into our website, there will be a section that pops up and asks, "how did you hear about us" there will be an open text field. Please type in the following:

A) if you are in the NORTH Group, type in "DDK GROUP BUY - NORTH"

B) If you are in the SOUTH Group, type in "DDK GROUP BUY - SOUTH"

5) Your Credit Card will be charged immediately for the cost of the mats only.

a) 2-Piece Set: $139.95 - 15% Discount (-$21.00) = $118.95

b) 4-Piece Set: $199.95 - 15% Discount (-30.00) = $169.95

Once all of the mats are complete I will separate the shipping into the 2 categories of NORTH and SOUTH. Then, calculate shipping and and spread it amongst all members.

6) CUSTOMS/ DUTY: We will do our best to minimize customs and duty however we have no control over how the UK may or may not tax the import. We will not include any invoice with the shipment and also mark the package value as low as feasibly possibly however it may be that the person accepting it will owe money in customs/ duty. Just a heads up to be aware about this and perhaps other members could split up these costs.

Would Sunday 5th May as a cut off give everyone enough time to print and check the patterns that he is sending through? There would then be a 3-4 week for making them up, so should be ready to ship first week of June.....ready for the Fairmile on the 19th June!.

I have just confirmed the size, can I ask a stupid question?

I am looking for the mats to be included in the northern delivery. Do I fill in my own address for the delivery or a std north delivery? If a std delivery address for the north as suggested can some one send me a PM with this.

I had my patterns printed by local shop. Just forwarded them the pdf file and called me when ready (about 30mins).

I have checked mine today and were a nice fit, I have sent a mail to confirm same. So will start a list so we know who has confirmed and ordered.
