OK - I'll take a stab:

Red F&R bumpers
Roadrunner (?) sticker added (& Heuer sticker removed)
Red sunstrip on windscreen
Bright anodised door window frames instead of black
Louvred rear qtr windows
Natural aluminium F&R screen seal inserts instead of black
Chrome (or plastic ?) exterior door handles
Bright anodised engine lid grille
Under-bumper foglights added (or covers removed & open area painted silver)
Andy

So, so close

Exterior handles are plastic lightweight
Under bumper apertures are open and now have the same mesh that replaces my horn grilles
He's called Mr Horesepower and isn't based on Roadrunner
Louvred Perspex rear windows are frameless
Engine lid grille is now a custom natural mesh affair

So Andy, you're close enough!

Andy missed the red bonnet didn't he, or are they stripes that already exist?

So I had never ever seen this before and yet Sunday came across a custom looking american type truck with rear flatbed that looked flat black and had a large exact copy of this on each door. Amazing coincidence. Unfortunately it disappeared off down the motorway before I could get a picture.
