I confess, the 'idiot board' is mine. Not only never driven a 'dog-leg' box before, but having lived in the US for 7 years and driven on the Continent a lot I am prone to place myself in the mid-road driving position in whatever LHD or RHD car I'm driving. In fact when I took the car along our quiet country lane on its very first outing I am pretty sure I drove 2 miles out and back, with several sharp blind bends, on the wrong side as I was focussed so much on listening to the car.

You weren't the only person to notice it either!

Big turn out, several nice Porsches, several DDK badges, but ccccccoooold.
Doctors car is running well, but running rich, so a bit of PMO tuning this week.
Nice morning out.

Wow, what a turnout today eh? Had a great morning. It was good to see quite a few DDK cars, although I have no idea what any of you look like in person. MT your car is stunning stunning stunning. Great to meet you PVMR, looking forward to seeing some pics of the project, it sounds amazing (is it just me or does it seem there is a much higher proportion of Vic/Victors on DDK than in normal society :) ).

Cool pics Nick, that Giulia SS was beautiful, although my favourite car of the morning was the '39 Ford Deluxe hotrod.

Nick, thanks for pics... always good to see the report when unable to get along. Looks like a good turnout.

Beautiful day at Goodwood today, cold but roads were dry and it was bright most of the morning. Had an excellent drive there and back with a couple of friends. Good turn out though and a huge variety of cars. A few snaps below - not the best pics of my favourite cars but just taken when I had the camera in my hand!

I hope it is warmer next time!

Very cool photos, Vic. 8)

After having been driven down in a bright orange car I felt the need for some monochrome (day was particularly dull & over cast).

As cold as I was the passengers of this coupe must have fared worse as there didn't appear to be any glass anywhere other than the windscreen (at least I had Boris on my lap to keep me warm):

I don't recall seeing #694 at Hedingham last year? Maybe the license plate is new...

Feroz, congrats on the car. Easily the nicest rep I've seen in a long while (inspired enough to maybe go and have a look at the black one at 911 Virgin). Good to see a child seat, too; hopefully he (?) enjoys the ride as much as you? :)

Robert, what a superb A you found for Sarah. If the blue car is anywhere as sweet as this she must be one very happy lady (and her partner must be one very happy man.  )
