Brilliant idea this, I can't confirm until 2:nd week in Jan but if I can get the time off work I'm definitely in! Might even manage to convince the wife to follow . I'll set off from cheese country so will join you guys in Stuttgart. Great opportunity to meet some DDK:ers!

Just a slight update, to accomodate the Porsche Factory Tour & the rare opportunity for DDK to visit you'll see we have shuffled around the itinerary . We will now plan on leaving Stuttgart Monday evening & travelling an hour or so to a Hotel in the balck froest. Tues morning you can either head to calais & be back in the UK that afternoon , or you can have a relaxing moring at the hotel , followed by a leisurely drive back to Rotterdam for teh Hull ferry on Tues night.

Just one additional point , the factory tour & has a limited number of places only.
