Listening to that made my spine tingly! What it must have been like to be there and even better still when it will be controlled by your right foot.

I bangs first go on the road

Looks & sounds fantastic Mike - must make all those late nights/early mornings seem more justified now !

Looks like a fairly healthy torque curve too with ~200 ft/lbs (or more) available from 4k rpm.

What's next ?

Excellent, bet you can't wait until it's rejoined to the car. I've lost track of what stage that is at.

Mike, that's a brilliant result, well deserved, after all the hard work.

thanks for the comments guys, really was a great night, albeit a late one!

Ears are still ringing from the noise, I was the mug with the timing light checking that 32 degrees at 8000 rpm right next to those megaphones!
Runway blocked Mike with what must be one of the biggest array of solar panels in the UK, whole industrial estate self sufficient for power now,
and putting shed loads back into the grid I imagine.

As for whats next Andy, if you're asking about this project, the car back from the bodyshop later this week and engine and gearbox in by the end
of the year!

this one hopefully........
cheers, Mike.

8000 RPM. NICE!

Great work Mike & team. That sounds absolutely amazing and the power is a result too.
