Thanks for posting. I think this car is great. I'm sure it's not the original colour but super nice!

Just guessing I didn't think that Porsche did early pre impact bummers with that colour and the Porsche lettering across the side? However, I'm making a complete guess!

As I said it's looks like a super looking car to me.

Freshly restored by Clark & Carter I was informed. No affiliation at all but car looked superb on the day (even Ferryman's photography doesn't do it justice   )

One family owned from new, the son now owns the car bought new by his father.

Blutorange (Tangerine) was the period factory race/rally colour, but wasn't used after 1973 on standard production cars. The decals on the side were pretty generic for SWB and LWB competition cars, and a standard factory option.

Well, if that was the son driving around in it all day no wonder he had such a grin on his face. Lucky blighter!

Is there inheritage tax on cars? I guessing their is and a car like this is above the threshold!!

I had considered that but at sometime the car must pass on?

As long as it is gifted seven years before death there is no inheritance tax.

Not disappointed I missed it at all.

Looks very average.

Not much of interest to see really.

With you on that one Dave, just looks like a bunch of old crusties with even more crustier cars. Never see me at this type of gig.

That was Jamie Clark - the first half of Clark and Carter. It's his blood and sweat under the paint, but not his name on the V5.
