I looked VERY closely at those wheels and they are superbly refinished. I'm guessing it was probably Nick
The uncoloured nuts are correct for a 67S

Bet you say that to all the ladiesnick-moss wrote: The uncoloured nuts are correct
EDIT: what a fitting post to mark my 8000 - pointless and banal as with most of the other 7999!

I must also add my thanks to the organisers, it was a great day out, and it was marvelous to get a ride in an RSR, doing what seemed a crazy speed between the line of people and cameras up the hill. Thanks to Philip for that.

Putting my sensible hat on - that would be my only piece of feedback regarding the drive up the hill.nick-moss wrote:line of people and cameras up the hill.
Maybe insure people are standing a little way back - one particular guy was laying on the floor with his camera and his head looked precariously close to cars passing at a pace.

Re: Classics at The Castle - Hedingham 2012
I agree Nick,
Due to lack of promised Volunteers, it was extremely difficult to marshal the driveway. Even with my whistle, walkie talkie and constant running from the front of house and over bridge, people moved from the road to verge, then back to the road again!!
We are ordering extra picket fencing to line the main drive for 2013 along with a lot more marshals.
Simon

No, he's here somewhere. Apparently he's brought his purple RS.
