That was on PH about 18 months ago for 25K.

Think the original colour is Met Green.

Mike's old car?

I like the way you can spend £25k on an engine rebuild then think that adds 100% to the value of the car

enquired about both cars, the silver one when specialist cars of malton first got it in and had it up for £65k. blue car i believe had its body work restored in 2010 when the car was in Ireland full bare metal restoration.... BS motorsport rebuilt the engine last year, i have been told everything has been done, needs to be for £60k

All early cars have their merits and I love them all (well most of them) but if it's bargains we are discussing then this was the bargain of 2012. I just keep going back to look as I still can't believe it. 35k euros and sold within 48hours. All original including paint, I managed to get a file of photos from the seller before it went and it is lovely. Totally beautiful patina inside and out and a very long term (obviously loving) owner. and a ton of original period extras to boot. I know it's a targa, I know it was abroad, I know it's LHD but a bargain is a bargain however you look at it. They are only original once.
