Steve actually has 3 x 3.0 RSR engines - 2 early versions with high butterfly injection & 1 later version on slide valve injection ...

Hi Dougie, to answer your original question, the price is $140,000. Been for sale for a few months now which is surprising really
considering the quality of the original parts that have been used, you certainly couldn't build the same for that!

Available in both 73 or 74 configuration, so high butterflies with Marelli dizzy or slides with the Bosch unit.
cheers, Mike.

 just an original injection system alone could cost you £25,000 if you include the correct pump, which the engine for sale has.
As for finding a pair of the correct cases........although come to mention it, I was looking at a pair on a DDK'ers car only the other day,
not on an RSR either
cheers, Mike.

"New longer term joint project"

Is this an Andy/Mike type thing or are you just building another car from all the spare parts you have lying around the office?
