Pier pressure!
I was egged on by a certain fellow northern orange Porsche driver.

Well, just an unbeatable trip, thanks so much to the usual suspects..the right crowd with the right cars.
(Russ, hope you didnt need the fire service to extract you from t'Porsche when you got back...)

I'll have to wait for my wing-man to add his photos, but for now, some from the resident snappers -thankfully a failed gearshift bushing didnt hold the little yellow monster back...

As above, a great trip and thanks to everyone involved.

Here is a quick photo log of the highlights of a lap of the ring with me at the wheel :

( And thanks to everyone who's asked about my back problem I picked up on the way home . I've managed to slip a couple of discs and trap some nerves so I think that's me done with driving for a while .)

Cheers....

Some great shots Russ, sorry to hear about the back.

Do us a favour and burn a disc with the originals and pop them in the post.

Cheers

Hope you get well Russ - less than ideal.

James & Brian - thanks so much for organising. Everyone else, great meeting you - it was a cracking weekend away (tho quieter for me than some as jet lag prevented too much late night shenanigans). The driving through the eiffels was sensational, Spa a cracker, and the laps of the 'ring a lot better than I expected. Nice to meet you all, and see you at the next one!

Cheers, Hamish

Thanks to all for a fantastic weekend. I just love DDK for the cars, what it stands for, the craic and above all the people..

As many of the ET folks know I am still 'over the sea' as I decided to extend my stay and go down to Alsace, France.

I have many pics of the weekend to post, which I shall do after I get home and I have had time to go through them all.

I the meantime, a pic from today - it's quite incredible after 'degustation et vente' how many bottles of wine you can fit into a 911,

There are some great roads down here - I think we should all come :) ....especially when there is a big chance that your car will match the houses!!

Cheers,
Vicki.
