Post by adam356 »

Sure someone on here can settle an argument for me!!

Is there such a colour as Porsche Turkis Green?
It is like a light beige colour??

Strange request I know but i have been 'discussing' this with a mate for a while now and cant find any reference to it?

Cheers

I think VW offered a colour called Turkis Green in the early '60's ...

Thinking about it again, the colour is actually Turkis - without the added 'Green' (or 'Blue' - as in the case of Ferry Man's hotrod) since the word is derived from Turquoise ...

Looks suspiciously like 1973 NHS hearing aid beige.
