Hi All, I'm Hamish - a died in the wool porsche nut, living in Twickenham, London
I've got a 92 C2 (that is pretty much RS Cup like with the suspension), and recently arrived from NZ is my 73 2.4E - which is again pretty much a 2.7RS replica (LSD, MFI, 220hp). Its a matching numbers UK delivered E, w sunroof, recaros, electric windows, though it does have some history knocking up a 3rd in class in the Silver State Rally '96 (120mph). A past racer in NZ, I'm keen to do some track days and potential 'gentleman' type racing/hillclimbs in the old car (both cars are prepped as trackday cars more so than full on race cars), keen to meet up sometime, and looking forward to future events (loved reading about the coast to coast last year). Am a regular on impactbumpers and a member of the r-gruppe.
Will post some snaps of the long hood once i work out how.
