Bugger , never seen Bonhams site before, just thought how reasonable thier quotes were.........................oh dear.
New to all this, found Omega Vintage shop this week ..........just like Porsche NOS ..........new watches from say mid '70 s , Jason knows what i was looking for there ..................................current price £6k .............i dont think so Jason !

There are a fair few owners of original ones on DDK
I have one of the first 'McQueen Re-editions' which I am considering selling. They are great watches regardless of the Porsche association.

I went in the shop all gung ho , swallowed everything the guy said , Euphoric at thought of GETTING NEW piece ex factory , he explained how they always held a few back etc .....................then i asked him his best price .....................thank heavens i was seated ! To be fair real nice Guy BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT ...............wish id kept my original from HK in 1975 .............was abt £250 !
