Just had a good read.

Excellent article and pics.

I think the description of DDK is sublime and on the money!

For those who haven't seen it....

"DDK is a loose-knit band of classic Porsche junkies, united by an insouciant attitude towards officialdom and communicating via an active and suitably irreverent website. There's no a trace of smugness that sometimes accompanies die hard clubdom. They stage ad hoc meetings up and down the country, with come-if-you-want outings to Classic Le Mans and its ilk"

Cheers Johnny, I think it sums it up rather well!

What with a mention on the cover, a 6 page article and further mentions on the 'Carte Blanche' pages (cheers Uncle Keith) we have a lot to thank CHP for this month. Thanks guys.

PS. Is 'Clubdom' somewhere I need to be a member of to visit?

So Tom, are you going to change the mast head to read: 'The insouciant 'Maverick' Porsche Club for Classic Porsche 356, Porsche 911, Porsche 912, Porsche 914 & Replica Fans'.

I'm tempted but I don't think the Forum software gives me the room!

insouciant
I admit, I had to look it up! Excellent choice of word! :)

Insouciant–adjective
free from concern, worry, or anxiety; carefree; nonchalant.

I've yet to find a copy locally, so I await the full 6 pages of glory with anticipation!

The Singer's there - spankin'!! Just love it. The right blending of classic and (more) modern. Not sure about the colour scheme, though....

C2C certainly looks to win by miles if judged in terms of quality of road surface

Great shots of C2C, and they just keep on coming!
