C2C - Anyone need any more info ?

Post by hot66 »

In theory only one more working day until most of you start heading off in the direction of the Lake District. 8)

So, does anyone need any more info ?

Any questions ?

Gary - I'm booked in as 2 people and there's only me, so there's a 'spare' breakfast just waiting for you  Seems a shame to waste it

I haven't been able to print off maps (and won't get a chance before Friday), so if anyone can bring a spare copy I'd be very grateful :)

Is anyone bring a set of axle stands and a jack (Barry?)

I've got a badly blowing exhaust held together by bits of gobbo. I will have all the necessary y stuff to patch it up as the week-end progresses but it will make the job easier if there is a jack and stands

I know it's late to ask so comewhat may I'll just chance it.

Got to go to a funeral in Fishguard tomorrow, then on Friday drive from Fshguard up to the lakes! - just the 500 miles before we start then!
The simple things you see are all complicated
I look pretty young but I'm just backdated yeah

I am changing the start time on Sunday Morning to 9.15am

Hopefully we'll then be able to get the cars lined up for a photo & aim to be leaving the hotel around 9.30 - 10.00am.

Sunday's route should take around 4 hours, but there are a lot more places to stop off at etc so please calculate this all into the timings.

I have told Raven Hall to expect us all around 3pm.
