meal cost for non-residents will be £ 26 per person

UPDATE

After some discussions with the Hotel they have very kindly offered to host a DDK Drinks reception before the meal with a free glass per person of house white or house red wine + Canapes

Drinks reception will be held in the Conservatory @ 6.30pm prior to the meal

Really looking forward to this now

If you are bringing kids, hotel has babysiters available.

Please check the list at the beginning of this thread & make sure your down for veggi if you want one.

I'm also seperating out kids meals too

All info now sent to the hotel

Total of 70 DDk'ers eating on the Saturday night + 4 kids eating earlier on.

Will be a busy dining room

Thanks James - needless to say, I read this just after your confirmation with the hotel today

I'm still coming, but Em can't make the weekend unfortunately. Hopefully one less for the meal will be OK with the hotel.
