I presume this is a Carrera look as I can't see it being an original 2.7, especially for that price:

US- spec Carrera rather than 2.7 Euro Carrera ...

Not even that. It's a basic 150bhp 911 originally optioned with the bigger bars and 6" rims (that it no longer has). Not £20K IMO.
