Well, seeing as I can't follow up on the thread for the original listing :roll: I suppose I better start one of these.... the original listing:

Yeah, and I've got some chrome 20's with leds for the underside too! :lol:

The ride height has been the topic of much debate with the guys at Autofarm and we all believe it's right - she drives beautifully with it. :-)

It's personal taste but take a look at a period photo of a production SWB.....

Seems like a very fair price - better value now IMHO than when Autofarm were selling it ...

Thanks Andy - I really appreciate that :-) I agonised over what to advertise her for and in the end thought there's no point being silly.

I do hope she goes to a good home - I've already had some very serious enquiries :-)

I like your car Phil.
I remember checking it out when I was buying an early 911 in 2005?
It was at Beaulieu and looking lovely. However, it didn’t quite work for me and I moved on.
Nowadays, I’m a little more knowledgeable and discerning.
It is a very fine car.
With the rise of the ‘preservation class’ at concours and the realisation of the value of an un-messed, un-restored car I think this could be a wise buy.
If only it was RHD I’d be all over it.... oh, blimey, it is. :shock: :lol:

No - I've been meaning to for months but been much too busy with work. Now I really had to get it done.

Your car is WONDERFUL - remember I nearly bought it when Max first recovered / discovered it :wink: In fact, after Max I think I'm the first person on here to drive it :shock:

LYV and LOF are totally different cars in so many ways - yours will find a good home - although I think you're selling for the wrong reasons :-) (ok, Larry, I'll be having that fiver now :lol:)

Out if interest, do we know the whereabouts of the other two cars from that September delivery? LYV 9D & LYV 11D :?:

Are they accounted for :?:

Gorgeous car Philip!!!!

I honestly think this is way underpriced. If someone is after a RHD 67S then this is the biggest bargain Porsche I've seen this year so far...

If things were different.... :cry:

Lyvvie was the first 911 I ever drove... and thinking about it, she was the first Porsche I ever drove. :) I remember driving along and being mesmerised by the front wings and how bulbous they seemed compared to any other car I`d ever driven.

I also remember Phil saying (shouting) `Keep the revs up, you`ve got to keep the revs up` and `Don`t worry, don`t be nervous she`s just a car` :shock: The very fact he called her a she suggested otherwise. :lol:

A beautiful, seemingly delicate car, with the heart of a lion. Good luck with the sale Phil. You..... and this car have a lot to answer for. :lol:

It is a really beautiful car. Even in pictures it seems delicate and precise, just like an early 911 should be. I hope it finds a really good home!
