Eeek Bootsy - when did the September renewals come in? If it was 2007 then I for one owe you some money!
Maybe worth an email reminder out to everyone?
2006 RHD 997 Carrera (but DDK remains in my heart - also now no longer)
1972 LHD 2.4T with '73 2.4T CIS motor - gone to a new DDK home
1994 RHD 993 Carrera - gone!
1968 LHD 911L - was the Wife's but now in new hands
Just a thought but...
Why not knock out the avatar sometime in September and only re-enable it upon receipt of membership funds.
Then it would be obvious to both the member and the audience

Would take a month of Sundays as I'd have to do it manually!
Can you believe a Yorshireman actually wanting to pay for things!
Must be the move south that's shortened my pockets and lengthened my hands

The only difficult issue is that not all forum users are members and they will therefore be excluded from attending! However, most attendees of the events are members I suppose.

no names of members are given. so i suggest just upping the actual membership figures a little to say 300 (approx £157) and that should more than cover numbers at any event or gathering.
Sounds sensible - thanks Helen, I look forward to getting the information.
sorry to bring this subject up again but has anything been sorted ? only i am now at the point of no-return with booking a stand at the NEC show for which we need to be covered by public liability insurence.
the show organisers will charge us to use their insurence (I took this option out last year) but it costs about £200 for the three days

Currently Porscheless but on the look out for my 30th

Sorry, my minds not been on this (sorting nursery mainly!) however, I will do my upmost to sort it in the next couple of weeks.
Phil has been looking into this for us. It's going to cost us near on £500 a year at the moment although he's still got a couple of other options.
this will cover us for 300 paid up members but on the shape of the sub renewals so far this year we can probably do it for about a third of that figure!

Thanks
Hi Bootsy. unfortuntly i have had to cancel our stand as i just couldn't commit to it without proof of sufficiant PLI, i put it off for as long as i could but yesturday they pressed me and i had to either canel or pay for the PLI they provide

Shame but understandable.
We may have to review each event as it comes. Many organisers will cover clubs with their own PLI which is how it should be.
