Hi there !!!

Post by timo911 »

A couple of people have told me to check the site out as Im looking for a couple of parts for a 68 911 that we have in the workshop.
I run a company in Dorset specialising in all things Porsche and a couple of years ago realised a lifelong dream and bought a 70 911t that had been through a poor 'Rs' conversion and then part way through a much better T/R conversion.
Have always been a big fan of the 'ducktail' though so she is currently being rebuilt (again!!) to lightweight spec.
Will post some pics when I have worked out how too !!

The parts we require are 68 911 front bumper (std steel type)
zenith carb float valves
set of steel wheels (5.5 x 15) + hub caps

any help much appreciated

Welcome to the forum Timo - don't forget to post some pics of the car.

For the stuff you want it would be a good idea to put a post in the wanted section - more people might read it then - also put a short description of the parts wanted in the subject heading and people who choose to just look at recent posts will see at a glance what you're looking for

Cheers, and good luck

Mark

big welcome to DDK.
sounds like you have an interesting project. as Mark (sladey) says. post your list in the "wanted" section of the forum its much more likely to get a response.

Welcome - I hope you enjoy the forum and find it useful.

If you want to go down the lightweight route with your front bumper I cam recommend these from Fenn Lane Motorsport 01455 213998

Or PM Fetuhoe on here.

Mine is in primers and about to be fitted to my car. They come with trim holes etc. although I have filled mine.
