Nardi Horn Buton- Pictures wanted please

Post by Rustbucket »

One of the many 'to do' lists I need to tick off is making a new horn button.

I have a '60 stamped large Nardi Signature steering wheel and I have never seen a period Nardi button to know what should be going on.

If anybody out there has got one, could they take some pictures of one- especially the rear part of the button assembly ?
Even some basic measurements would be a help, so I can ensure proper clearances.
There are horn buttons on ebay which I think could be useable, but again I dont know what I should be looking out for !

Many thanks,
Dan.

I used to have a Nardi wheel on my speedster. It had a chlosone (?) hubcap badge stuck over the button. It fitted perfectly and looked period perfect.
