Hi there: no I had to do a bank transfer, but the liner comapny sent me their bank details, and my bank seemed quite used to the process, so it wasn't really a problem.
The liners come with brackets, but I think there were two per corner (

: not sure) either way, enough to get everything attached and sorted.
As for why people don't fit them:
They are a bit of a fiddle to fit: when you first offer them up, you can't imagine how you are going to get them on: they don't really locate anywhere as such, and it's difficult to get going. Once you've got the first one in though, you get the hang of it. Be aware these do need some general tweaking and cutting about to fit.
If you've got an external oil cooler, then you'd have to be sure not to restrict airflow around it.
They don't look very original: however they make it easy to keep the arch area looking smart.
They can make some maintainence tasks slightly more fiddly, but probably balanced by not having to hose out your arches all the time.
Personally I feel that if you are actually going to use your car, and esp. if you fancy the odd autumn/winter/spring drive and not want to worry about the salt/rain/roadkill or cow poo ending up in the most intimate regions of your 911, then they are well worth going for.
