Well its happened. I got the final letter from the ombudsman for my complaint against AF. He has found they are at fault but I drove the car so its my fault. His decision is based on faulty facts with glaring errors but its his final letter so I am screwed.
Looks like another 356 will be banished to the garage never to see the light.
Any ideas?
Cant afford a solicitor and cant get no win no fee.
Yep totally screwed. You cant beat the system.
