Mike your going to need a new shell. To repair this car it will be a mamuth task. I would be concerned that the shell is out of line due to the corrostion on the inner wings is so bad their is nothing there...

NEW SHELL.

Like the split idea... Randars look pretty but how will you fix the canvas top without a flatbed :D
