Any idea where my membership pack has got to bootsy ? I know you do it in your spare time (which if anything like mine there is never enough of) but just wondered....

I feel like a stuck record on this.

I sent my membership money in 18 months ago and had nothing. Bootsy said sent the form in again and I'd get a pack - I did and was assured I'd get it in January... Now in March still nothing? What do I have to do!?
